Tucked in into the outer edge of Falls City in Southeastern Nebraska, Falls City Care Center and its staff take the approach that our residents are part of our extended family. With that philosophy comes a level of individualized and custom care that you probably won’t find anywhere else. We work with each of our residents to create their own vision of “home” during their stay, and whether that person is a retired farmer who wants to keep an eye on the crops from our porch or an active member of the community who wants to sit on one of our many problem-solving committees, we dedicate ourselves to giving you everything you need to feel like our home is your home.
